Once the payment of your service has been validated, the Tour on top team will request the necessary data to issue the invoice to the email you provided us at the time of your reservation, you will have to receive your invoice in no more than 48 hours from the moment of your payment.

Boat rental

Reservations without deposit; your reservation will be considered and will be subject to availability, we recommend you make a reservation with 15% down payment to ensure your reservation and avoid setbacks.

• Online payments; It is necessary to log in to our platform to complete the process.
• 15% advance payment; You must pay the totality of your reservation 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
• Payment of the total reservation; Your reservation will be available in time and form automatically.
• Returns; The updated refund policies you find in "Terms of use" remember that you can get a 100% refund canceling 48 hours before the scheduled date.
You will be in communication with the Tour on top team whenever you need us, either to clarify your doubts, request advice or plan modifications to your reservation. Added to this you will receive emails to confirm that everything is in order, hoping to help you when you need it.
Unfortunately, it is not possible, transportation from the hotel to the marina awaits you 15 minutes maximum in the lobby of your hotel, you have to be at the agreed time as the tolerance time passing will be considered as No Assistance and you will not be able to get reimbursement.

We recommend you bring; sunglasses, hat or cap, swimsuit, comfortable clothes and sunscreen.

Food and drink

None of our reservations in Food and Beverages have any cost, you only have to pay what you consume in the places you visit.
The time of tolerance of the affiliated establishments to Tour on top is generally of 15 minutes, after this time it is considered as No Assistance and your name will automatically go to the Waiting List, we recommend you present it with 5 minutes in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Some establishments allow access with children until certain times of the day, if you plan an afternoon of drinks we recommend you to make sure it is a place with a family atmosphere.
You will be asked to confirm your reservation, which you received by email from Tour On top to schedule it, we suggest that the reservation holder should arrive first than the other guests to avoid confusion about the assigned tables.
We recommend planning your reservations 2 days in advance, in the case of large groups we recommend you book between 3 and 5 days before your scheduled date.
We recommend you to call us if for any reason you have the need to cancel your reservation, since the places are moved with time and in case people do not arrive this can generate losses to the establishments and complicate the operation of them. Generate a cancellation does not generate any charge, but if you generate more than 3 cancellations in a short period of time we could see the necesity to block your account temporarily or permanently.

Wellness

Once your payment is credited; the Tour on top team will send you the details of the establishment you requested so you can contact them and book a reservation directly, although if you prefer, you can contact us and we will be happy to book your reservation in person.
In Tour on top you will find published treatments for 1, 2 or 4 people, since in some cases the establishments do not have the capacity to offer their services to more people at the same time.
  • Spas and Holistic Centers; sale of services for at least 2 people and maximum 4 at the same time.
  • Barber Shops and Aesthetics; sale of services for a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 2 at the same time.
In some establishments you are provided with a dressing gown and sandals, although our recommendation is that you wear a bathing suit and sandals. Towels are almost always provided by the establishments, although it never hurts to bring a towel.
In the case of Barber Shops and Aesthetics; You must attend with the comfortable clothes of your preference.
Normally establishments have pre-established personnel, but in some cases you can request the staff of your preference depending on the availability of these.
In the case of cancellation of purchase in the services offered in the Wellness section :
  • 100% refund; canceling within the next 24 hours of your purchase.
  • 50% reimbursement; canceling within the next 24 to 48 hours of your purchase.
  • No refund; There is no refund for cancellation after 48 hours of your purchase or for not arriving at a previously scheduled reservation.
  • Canceled reservations; If you cancel a reservation, it is likely that some places will consider it as No Assistance, although you can re-schedule if you communicate 24 hours before the reserved time.
Tour on top will not be responsible in case a place decides not to book your reservation for not requesting it within the established time.
Once you have a scheduled reservation; You must prove your purchase by taking the printed confirmation of the receipt that we will send you by mail at the time of your purchase.
It is important that you are accredited to be able to receive the treatment you requested without any setbacks.
